The last review of the Futsal Laws of the Game was in 2014. For every proposed amendment, the focus must be on fairness, integrity, respect, safety, the enjoyment of the participants and how technology can benefit the game. The Futsal Laws must also encourage participation by everyone, regardless of background or ability.
The game clock may be stopped when, at the discretion of contest officials, a ball leaving the playing surface may result in a loss of game time deemed unfair to any team. Contest officials may stop the clock if, at their discretion, intentional stalling tactics beyond the spirit and intent of th e rules are employed by either team.

• A team may challenge a roster BEFORE the start of a game. If the challenge is done at half time or after the game, the result of the game will stand. • Players must have a valid Membership ID in order to play. • If your team is short players you may ask the Referee and opposing team if it’s ok to “Borrow” players for the night.
